   马儿山村离张家界主城区约25分钟车程，相较于张家界景区，这儿的山虽不是奇峰却也林木葱茏，加上零星散落于山坡田野间的民居，别有一番野趣。场地上原有两个用来烧烤的木构亭子，被松树、苦莲子树、小竹林、银杏林包围。北面远望可见连续的山景，如卷轴般铺展在视野内。 马儿山村有一定的的建设条件，作为张家界美丽乡村的典范，已有基本固定的当地游客来源。周末时分，选择来此游玩休憩的游客不少。业主本人在马儿山村长大，自然对这儿怀有深厚的感情。民宿的改造既希望可以具备满足回乡居住的舒适条件，又能够不改变原有的乡村式的精神寄托之所。

   About a 25-minute drive from Zhangjiajie's main city, Mount Ma is a verdant, if not spectacular, mountain scene compared with the Zhangjiajie, and a patchwork of dwellings on its slopes and fields. There were two wooden barbeque pavilions on the site, surrounded by Pine, Bitter Lotus, small bamboo and gingko groves. From the north, a continuous mountain landscape spreads out like a scroll. As a model of Zhangjiajie's beautiful countryside, Mount Ma has a basic and regular source of local tourists. At the end of the week, many tourists choose to come here for recreation. The owner himself grew up in Ma'ershan village and naturally has deep feelings for this place. The transformation of the home-stay hotel not only hopes to meet the comfortable conditions to live back home, but also can not change the original rural-style spiritual reposing place.
